Itanagar, July 23 -- Rajya Sabha MP from Arunachal Pradesh, Tai Tagak, on Thursday called on union Minister for Railways, Ashwini Vaishnaw, at his office chamber in Parliament, New Delhi and discussed key railway connectivity issues concerning Arunachal Pradesh and the North East.
During the meeting, Tagak requested that the Naharlagun-New Delhi AC Superfast Express be renamed "Arunachal Express", stating that the proposed name would strengthen the sense of identity, pride and patriotism among the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
