Bhopal, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh's principal opposition Congress launched a vitriolic attack on Chief Minister Mohan Yadav today and raised profound questions regarding the state's financial condition.
"Despite availing loans of thousands of crores every month, the dispensation is unable to disburse funds for schemes regarding peasants and women. As a consequence, the state has landed in an era of fiscal anarchy," Congress state President Jitu Patwari alleged.
