Bhopal, July 10 -- Pointing out that the growing menace of substance abuse poses a serious threat to the progress of the nation and the state, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav on Friday appealed to all citizens, especially the youth, to actively participate in the 'Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori 2.0' campaign, which will be conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Police across the state from July 15 to 30.
