Bhopal, June 5 -- Sleuths of the Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) claimed to have arrested a youth from a train and recovered about 1.06 kg heroin worth more than Rs one crore from his possession in the early hours of Friday at Ujjain railway station in Madhya Pradesh.
According to sources, the action was undertaken in the Kshipra Express Train (22911) at around 1.15 AM.
A team of CBN had received an input that the contraband drug was being smuggled from Pratapgarh in Rajasthan to Howrah in West Bengal.
On that basis, the CBN officials raided the general bogey of the Kshipra Express, when the train halted at the Ujjain railway station.
