Kolhapur, July 22 -- An MoU was signed between the District Cricket Association, Kolhapur, and the Sports Department in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister and Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Sunetra Ajit Pawar at the Mantralaya on Tuesday evening to build an international standard cricket stadium in Kolhapur, which will provide world-class facilities to future players.
This project will strengthen the government's resolve to build world-class sports facilities in the state and will give a new direction to the rich sports tradition of Kolhapur.
