Kochi, March 31 -- In a coordinated repatriation effort, the mortal remains of 20 Indian nationals-whose deaths occurred in separate incidents on different dates in Kuwait-will arrive at Kochi late Tuesday night on a special Kuwait Airways flight.

According to official sources, the remains had been pending transportation due to recent disruptions in flight services from Kuwait.

With operations now partially restored, all 20 bodies are being brought together on a single flight for onward dispatch to their respective hometowns.

The flight, KU5632, operating on the Kuwait-Colombo-Kochi (KWI/CMB/COK) sector, is scheduled to land at Cochin International Airport late tonight.
