London, Feb. 16 -- Welsh actress Morfydd Clark has been cast as Cynthia Lennon in Sir Sam Mendes' sweeping four-part biographical project chronicling the lives of The Beatles.
The 36-year-old actress, internationally recognised for her commanding turn as Galadriel in "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power", joins a high-profile ensemble assembled to chronicle the meteoric ascent and intimate lives of the iconic Liverpool quartet.
Starring Dickinson, Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan and Joseph Quinn, the four films will follow the lives and careers of the Liverpool band from each member's point of view.
