Vijayawada, Oct. 29 -- The Montha cyclonic storm that crossed the coast on Tuesday night and lays centred around 90 km to Machilipatnam, wreaked havoc in seven districts, killing two persons in rain-related incidents in Andhra Pradesh.

The cyclonic storm battered East and West Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore districts as crops in over 4.50 lakh acres were damaged.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today reviewed the situation with district collectors and other officials.
