New Delhi, July 19 -- The government has listed six key pieces of legislation, including five new Bills and one pending Bill, for consideration during the Monsoon Session of Parliament, according to the tentative legislative and financial business circulated in the Lok Sabha Bulletin ahead of the Eighth Session of the Eighteenth Lok Sabha.
The agenda includes the consideration and passing of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026, which was introduced in the Lok Sabha on March 25, 2026, and remains pending in the House.
The government also plans to take up the Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan Bill, 2025, after the Joint Committee of Parliament submits its report. The Bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha on December 15,...
