Lucknow, Feb. 19 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Chief Mohan Bhagwat met both Deputy Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh-Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak-separately on Thursday, after meeting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
While the meetings are being described as formal courtesy visits, these interactions have heightened political activity amid discussions of a possible cabinet expansion and organisational reshuffle in the state. The RSS chief met both leaders separately for about 10 minutes each this morning. On Wednesday evening, Chief Minister Adityanath was closeted with Bhagwat for about 30 minutes at the RSS office complex in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow.
