Sitapur, Aug. 9 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress president Ajay Rai has leveled serious allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi by alleging that Modi won the election through dishonesty against him in Varanasi.
He claimed that if a recount fails to prove dishonesty, he will retire from political life.
