Kolkata, April 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack against the ruling All India Trinamool Congress over the recent Malda Kaliachak incident and described it as a "planned maha jungle raj".

Targeting the state government over the incident at an election rally held at Ras Mela ground in Cooch Behar, the Prime Minister said, "You have seen how judicial officials were held captive in Malda. What kind of government is this?
