Siliguri, April 12 -- Alleging that West Bengal's ruling Trinamool Congress was "reluctant" to act decisively on national security issues because of its "appeasement politics", Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday accused the party of backing "reactionary anti-India forces" conspiring to cut off the strategically important Siliguri Corridor.
