Imphal, April 21 -- A moderate earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale hit Manipur on Tuesday. According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the quake occurred at 5.50 am with its epicentre located in Kamjong.
There was no report of any damage or casualty. The impact was felt in Manipur and some parts of the neighbouring states like Nagaland and Meghalaya.
It occurred at latitude 24.703 N and longitude 94.
