Aizawl, March 31 -- In a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at energising youth engagement in uniformed service, Mizoram will host its inaugural NCC Fest and Parasailing Camp in Lunglei this May, with Chief Minister Lalduhoma extending support to the programme.
The development follows a meeting held today in which Colonel Sagar K Mohanty, Commanding Officer of 2 Mizo Battalion NCC, called on the Chief Minister to brief him on the ongoing expansion of National Cadet Corps activities in South Mizoram and to outline plans for the upcoming event.
