Aizawl, June 19 -- Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Friday underscored the transformative role of Externally Aided Projects (EAPs) in the state's development, saying such initiatives offer not only financial support but also global technical expertise that helps improve planning and execution of development programmes.

Addressing a seminar on "Leveraging Externally Aided Projects (EAPs) in the North Eastern States" in Shillong, the Chief Minister said experts from international partner institutions work closely with state governments to analyse local challenges and share knowledge and best practices, resulting in more effective project implementation.
