New Delhi/Aizawl, June 11 -- Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma on Thursday said the state is pursuing a knowledge-driven and innovation-led growth model with human capital development at its core, while addressing the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Speaking at the meeting themed "Human Capital for Viksit Bharat", Lalduhoma said Mizoram has placed human resource development at the centre of its development strategy despite challenges such as difficult terrain, high logistics costs and a limited industrial base.
