Aizawl, June 16 -- Mizoram has emerged as the leading performer in the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, with East Tuipui Assembly constituency in Champhai district becoming the first constituency in the state to complete the digitisation of all enumeration forms, election officials said on Tuesday.
According to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Champhai district, which shares an international border with Myanmar, has so far completed 96.5 per cent digitisation of enumeration forms, placing it at the forefront of the state-wide exercise.
