Aizawl, May 21 -- With the Centre aiming to develop at least one globally competitive tourist destination in every State and union Territory, Mizoram on Thursday began charting its own roadmap to transform the state into an international-standard tourism hub.
A State Level Consultative Workshop on "Developing Global Standard Tourist Destinations" was held at the Economics & Statistics Department Conference Hall at MINECO, Khatla, bringing together government officials and stakeholders to discuss strategies for strengthening Mizoram's tourism sector and enhancing its appeal to both domestic and international visitors.
