Raisen (MP), Aug. 29 -- A woman reported missing from Madhya Pradesh's Raisen district has been traced in Sangrur, Punjab, where she married a youth she befriended through Instagram, police said.
According to Sub-Divisional Officer (Police) Alok Shrivastav, "The woman, identified as Nikita Lodhi, had left home on August 18 telling her family she was going to fill out a college form. Instead, she travelled to Bhopal, then boarded trains that took her to Kazigunda, near Hyderabad, where she met Sandeep, a harvester driver she had known for about four years."The two later travelled to Punjab, got married in a temple in Sangrur, and subsequently sought protection from the local district court.
