Palghar, May 5 -- : A shocking and horrific incident has come to light from Palghar district, where a self-proclaimed healer allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old minor girl in a jungle area under the guise of providing traditional herbal medicine.
The incident occurred in the Chari Pavan area of Dahanu taluka. According to the complaint, the victim's sister was suffering from irregular periods. The family contacted accused Shivram Parsh Savar, who was known for giving local herbal treatments. On April 30, contact was made, and on May 3, Savar arrived at Khutadpada in Palghar taluka with an Eco vehicle.
