Mumbai, Aug. 6 -- A 17-year-old boy, accused in the Ghatkopar road accident case, appeared for his examination on Thursday after the Bombay High Court granted him interim relief and stayed the Sessions Court order cancelling his bail.

The boy's family had approached the High Court challenging the Sessions Court order. On Wednesday, his lawyer sought urgent relief, stating that the minor was scheduled to appear for examinations from Thursday to August 8.

After considering the plea, the High Court stayed the Sessions Court order and allowed the minor to appear for his examinations. The matter was adjourned to August 17.
