Agartala, Sept. 6 -- A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is scheduled to visit Tripura next week for in-depth discussions on the prompt implementation of the Tripartite Agreement signed with BJP's ally in the government, TIPRA Motha, in 2024, ahead of the last general elections.

After two years of delays in implementing the agreement signed between TIPRA Motha, MHA, and the Government of Tripura on Sept 4 in a meeting chaired by union Home Minister Amit Shah, attended by Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and Motha Chief Pradyot Kishore Debbarman in Delhi, the issue gained momentum.
