Shimla, Feb. 13 -- Himachal Pradesh is witnessing another spell of pleasant weather as daytime temperatures continue to remain markedly above normal across most parts of the state.
The Meteorological Centre, Shimla, reported dry weather during the past 24 hours, with no rainfall or snowfall recorded anywhere.
There was no large change in minimum temperatures, though night readings at several stations were normal to above normal by two to five degrees.
