Shillong, Sept. 11 -- Meghalaya Assembly Speaker Thomas Sangma today released a new book documenting the life and political legacy of the late former Chief Minister, Brington Buhai Lyngdoh.
The book, titled '(L) B. B. Lyngdoh - A Tribute to the Visionary Leader and Former Chief Minister of Meghalaya Whose Ideals Continue to Inspire Generations', was authored by Andrew Simons, the former Commissioner and Secretary of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly who currently serves as Adviser (Legislation).
As a four-time Chief Minister, Lyngdoh was among the prominent leaders who shaped Meghalaya's political evolution and aspirations.
