Shillong, Sept. 16 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma is set to reshuffle his council of ministers on Tuesday with as many as eight ministers will face the axe, and they will be replaced by a mixture of former ministers and fresh faces.

The confirmation that the cabinet reshuffle is happening came after the Chief Minister called on Governor C.H.Vijayashankar and handed over the list of MLAs who will be sworn in by the Governor as ministers at the Raj Bhavan in Shillong on Tuesday evening.
