Since such settlements are based on the consent of both parties, they also provide a positive path to minds that have become embittered by conflict, asserted Justice Pravin M. Unhale, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority.
He was speaking at an awareness programme organised in the auditorium of the District Court under the guidance of Shekhar C. Munghate, Principal District and Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority.
