Bengaluru, July 30 -- Indian weightlifter Martina Devi Maibam produced a lifetime best clean and jerk lift but narrowly missed out on a Commonwealth Games medal, finishing fifth in the women's 86kg final with a total of 245kg on Thursday.
The 20-year-old Manipuri lifter registered a personal-best 140kg in the clean and jerk, improving on her previous best of 136kg, to finish with an aggregate of 245kg (105kg snatch 140kg clean and jerk).
England's Emily Campbell clinched the gold medal, while Malaysia's Siti Aqilah Farhana Draman took silver with a total lift of 253kg. Canada's Etta Mae Love claimed the bronze with 250kg.
