Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange Patil has alleged that those in power are attempting to malign the ongoing agitation by instigating violence. He has repeatedly urged protestors to remain vigilant against such attempts.
The incident came to light when MP Supriya Sule visited the protest site to meet Jarange Patil.
As she was leaving, a group of agitators surrounded her vehicle and even hurled bottles at it, accusing NCP chief Sharad Pawar of betraying the community. However, other protestors intervened, ensuring her safe passage.
