Imphal, Aug. 20 -- The Government of Manipur has ordered the closure of all educational institutions across the state for three days, from Thursday to Saturday, citing the "prevailing law and order situation."The order, issued by the Education Department, applies to schools affiliated with the Board of Secondary Education, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, the Central Board of Secondary Education, or any other board, as well as colleges and higher education institutions, including universities - whether government-run, aided, or unaided.
