Imphal, April 2 -- Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla on Thursday inaugurated the Khwairakpam Krishnagopal Memorial Building at Ningthoukhong in Bishnupur district.
The newly-constructed facility was also formally dedicated to the Community Health Centre (CHC), Ningthoukhong, marking a significant step towards strengthening healthcare services in the region.
The building, constructed by the Gojendro Foundation within the CHC compex has been handed over to the Government of Manipur to support the expansion and upgradation of the centre. The initiative places special emphasis on enhancing maternal healthcare through the establishment of a dedicated maternity ward.
