Imphal, May 17 -- Chief Minister of Manipur Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Sunday inspected the improvement works on the Imphal-Saikul road and directed officials to ensure timely completion of the project while maintaining proper quality standards.
The Chief Minister visited the project site to review the progress of the road improvement project officially flagged off by him on March 14 this year.
The CM was briefed on the present status and progress of the construction works by Chongtham Bishwachandra, Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department.
