Imphal, July 15 -- Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh felicitated Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC 2022) candidates during the 14th Foundation Day Celebration of Creative Circle Coaching Institute here on Wednesday.
Chief Minister lauded Creative Circle for its unwavering commitment towards nurturing civil service aspirants despite numerous challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the prevailing law & order situation in the State.
