Ukhrul (Manipur), April 18 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh today underscored the urgent need for dialogue to restore peace, during a visit to several villages in Ukhrul district aimed at bridging the trust deficit between different communities.
Stating that "there is no other option left other than dialogue for the restoration of peace," the Chief Minister emphasized that while every community may have both positive and negative elements, common citizens-especially children-aspire for a peaceful life.
