Imphal, Dec. 5 -- Anurag Bajpai, Addl. Chief Secretary (Transport & TCI) and PCCF &HoFF, reviewed the progress of construction of a new Airport and Cargo Terminals at Imphal International Airport today.
Bajpai discussed the bottlenecks and timelines for expeditious completion of the construction of the new Airport Terminal.
The construction company conveyed that the main bottleneck is related to transportation of heavy vehicles bringing heavy articles near Dimapur because of bad road conditions.
The company and project team also emphasized urgent requirement of water connection to the new terminal and the upgradation of the electrical load by MSPDCL.
