New Delhi, April 13 -- union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Monday met and felicitated the Indian contingent for its outstanding performance at the Bangkok 2026 World Archery Para Series, held from March 30 to April 4.

The tournament featured 113 athletes from 21 countries, with strong participation from Asian and Pan-American regions. India finished as the top-performing nation, securing 13 medals, including 7 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze. Indonesia finished second with six medals, while Thailand finished third with five.

The Indian contingent, comprising 39 members, including 21 athletes, five coaches, three support staff, and 10 escorts, delivered a dominant showing across categories.
