Nashik, May 15 -- To expedite the disposal of quasi-judicial cases filed with revenue officers and authorities across the state, Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule-acting on the directives of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis-has formulated a new 'Standard Operating Procedure' (SOP) and brought it into effect starting today.
A government order regarding this matter was issued today; henceforth, the use of the Marathi language for all quasi-judicial proceedings within the Revenue Department, as well as for the drafting of final orders, has been made mandatory.
