Naresh KumarSangrur, Sept. 21 -- In the wake of a political row that has erupted in Punjab after a man allegedly consumed a poisonous substance outside the Deputy Commissioner's office in Sangrur, the police today stated that the person is a habitual offender with an extensive criminal background and is currently facing nine criminal cases at different police stations in Punjab.
The man, identified as Jagseer Singh alias Jagga from Namol village, reportedly claimed he had faced harassment and threats after posting videos highlighting alleged drug sales in his area.
