Thrissur, Nov. 3 -- Versatile Malayalam actor Mamoty has been adjudged as the best actor and Shamla Hamsa as the best actress in the 55th Kerala state film awards announced here today.
While Mamoty got the award for his role in the film Bramayugam, Shamla Hamsa got awarded for the film Feminichi Fathima. Chidamabaram has emerged as the best director for the film Manjummel Boys, which has also been selected as the best film. Lijomol was declared the best actress in the character role while Subin and Sidharth got the award as best actors in the character role.
