Kolkata, March 10 -- Hailing the Supreme Court's order to constitute an appellate tribunal regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday lifted her dharna against the "flawed" SIR process.

Announcing that she was calling off her dharna "temporarily" on the fifth day of the protest, Banerjee said the Trinamool Congress will keep a close watch on future developments.
