Kolkata, March 7 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday congratulated 11 candidates from the state who figured in the final merit list of the union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination 2025 and highlighted the strong performance of women candidates.

On the eve of International Women's Day, Banerjee took to social media platform X to congratulate the successful candidates, their families and teachers.

She said the achievement reflects the growing participation of West Bengal's youth in all India competitive examinations.
