New Delhi, June 3 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi ordered a detailed probe into the Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar fire incident, which claimed several lives on Wednesday.
Chairperson of the MCD standing committee Satya Sharma said that she, along with Sanjiv Khirwar, Commissioner of the civic body, visited the site and reviewed the on-ground situation.
The officials concerned had been immediately issued instructions for an inquiry into the matter to find out the causes, and the entire information regarding the establishment.
She has said that stern action will be taken against those found responsible for the negligence in the matter.
