Atul KrishanNew Delhi, June 4 -- In a significant development in the Malviya Nagar guest house fire tragedy, in which 21 people were killed, the guest house's accountant, Jay Mishra, and manager, Rakesh, have come under the scanner of Delhi Police.
Sources said that all work related to licences, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and other regulatory approvals was allegedly handled in the name of accountant Jay Mishra.
Investigators suspect that the guest house owner, arrested accused Lavkesh Bajaj, carried out several operational activities of the guest house using the names of his accountant and manager.
