New Delhi, June 3 -- Delhi Police registered an FIR under culpable homicide and other relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in connection with the devastating fire at a restaurant-cum-hotel in South Delhi's Malviya Nagar, where 21 people, mostly African nationals, lost their lives on Wednesday.

The probe into the incident has revealed serious safety violations at Hotel Flourish Stay B&B, where a massive fire broke out in a basement restaurant, Restaurant Lemon Green.
