New Delhi, June 3 -- Delhi BJP president and MP from East Delhi Harsh Malhotra on Wednesday said that it is a matter of grave concern that during the Aam Aadmi Party government in 2024, a Bread and Breakfast license issued for only six rooms was allegedly used to operate multiple rooms across the entire building, in the illegal hotel in Malviya Nagar's Hauz Rani in which a fire claimed 21 lives.
He also stated that during the tenure of the then AAP government, the establishment also received high-load electricity connections, while even the mandatory Fire NOC was reportedly not properly verified.
