Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 10 -- Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has sought urgent intervention from union External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar to ensure the safety of Malayali tourists stranded in Nepal's Pokhara.
In his letter, the Chief Minister highlighted that several Keralites, including elderly persons, are trapped near protest-hit areas, where the situation has turned unsafe. Continuing their stay there has become extremely difficult, he noted.
