Hyderabad, March 17 -- Malabar Gold & Diamonds on Tuesday announced a major expansion plan to open 20 new showrooms in 20 days with an investment of Rs 1,580 crore.
The company said the expansion will take its global showroom count to 445 across 14 countries, with presence in 22 states and union territories in India.
The new outlets will be opened across multiple cities including Jhansi, Gwalior, Ranchi, Gurugram, Guwahati, Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad, among others, strengthening its footprint in both emerging and established markets.
The expansion is expected to generate over 725 employment opportunities, the company said, underlining its focus on job creation and retail sector growth.
