Gorakhpur, July 22 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has warned officials that waterlogging in the metropolis will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
He said that by ensuring large-scale cleaning of drains and sewers and the operation of more pumps during rains, care should be taken to prevent waterlogging anywhere.
Any negligence or laxity found at any level in addressing the waterlogging problem will result in accountability and strict action.
