Hyderabad, Oct. 19 -- A major fire broke out at Bombay Hosiery, a wholesale textile shop and warehouse near Madina Crossroads, opposite the Telangana High Court, in the early hours of Monday.
Fire department personnel and Charminar police rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident and brought the blaze under control.
Thick smoke billowed from the premises, causing concern among local residents. Officials took precautionary measures to prevent the fire from spreading to neighbouring shops.
