Chandigarh, Jan. 21 -- The Punjab government carried out a significant administrative reshuffle on Wednesday, transferring 20 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and six Punjab Civil Service (PCS) officers across various departments and districts.
As per the official orders, IAS officer Aditya Dechewal has been appointed Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Rupnagar. Vijay Namdev Rao has been assigned additional charge of the Department of Non-Resident Indian Affairs alongside his role as Finance Secretary.
